Keep writing as much as you can,

Writing is stimulation for the soul.

Don’t be mistaken by the

Number of your counterparts,

Most people cannot make

Others say Lo! Behold!

Writing is a habit,

And one you cannot develop

By reading books,

Although both are complimentary

To say the least.

However, the more you write,

The better you are at it.

Rading is just the enrichment of it all.

I know of people who are avid readers,

When they write

The pieces are vintage gold,

Succinct and flawless each line,

I regard them with newfound awe,

For all the Dickens, Bukowski and Kafka

For all the Tolstoy, Joyce and Fitzgerald.

Have finally fused together and come out

In the form of self-literature, so golden.
