La mente, un cáliz ávido de saber,
se nutre de lo que recibe,
cual esponja absorbiendo el mar,
con cada gota, un nuevo aprendizaje.

El corazón, fuente de bondad sin par,
se ennoblece con todo lo que da,
cual río que fluye sin cesar,
a su paso va regalando vida.

En un baile armonioso de dar y recibir,
la mente y el corazón se complementan,
enriqueciendo el alma con su existir,
tejiendo un destino de sabiduría y entrega.


Mind and Heart (English version)

The mind, a chalice eager to know,
is nourished by what it receives,
like a sponge absorbing the sea,
with each drop, a new learning.

The heart, a source of unparalleled goodness,
is ennobled by what it gives,
like a river that flows endlessly,
giving life to its path.

In a harmonious dance of giving and receiving,
the mind and the heart complement each other,
enriching the soul with their existence,
weaving a destiny of wisdom and surrender.
