There’s something about getting older that helps us realize how lame we have been. With young and free spirits, the desire to explore every area of life. The courage to go places we were never allowed to go. Doing things we were never allowed.

Oh My God! There’s something wrong. It wasn’t suppose to be that way. Life sucks when we land in the pits. More anger arises when we get told, “I told you so.” Like who are they to tell us anyway?

So, we become determined to beat the odds. Doing it again, just better this time. Each time the pits come, we notice things are a little different. We keep doing and learning. Eventually, it’s not even the same.

As the differences come, the what if comes too. What if we do this, or that? More exploring brings more learning. And, in the end, those pits are the knocks we learn from so well.
