The Curious Case of Nebulae's Boredom...
Once upon a time, in the bustling halls of the University of Quirky Sciences, there existed a silent peculiar student named Nebulae. Nebulae was not your typical biology major. No, she was a passionate life sciences enthusiast with an affinity for the absurd. (oh my how am I just describing myself here 😂... so true yet whimsical 😅) so let's move ahead..?!

One horrid humid afternoon, I sat in the lab, and had microscope focused on a "Drosophila melanogaster" a fruit fly with dreams of flight. The fruit fly, blissfully unaware of its starring role in my boredom saga, fluttered its tiny wings as if auditioning for a miniature Broadway show.

I sighed dramatically, her lab coat billowing like a superhero's cape. "I am bored of being bored," she declared to the fruit fly. "Because being bored is boring."

The fruit fly buzzed (or at least that's what my head imagined it did). It seemed to nod in agreement. I wondered if it secretly harbored dreams of becoming an entomological stand-up comedian in its next life...
