it brings with it the joy of the huge chocolate cake and also the many cakes received as gift 🎂, no no sweet treats for a celebration when it's the only time all bakeries in our area made chocolate cake.

I think those childhood chocolate cake tastes better than the present cream filled too sugary cakes.

maybe I am getting older each year or my taste buds have not accepted the new.

still I linger on the big chocolate cake pieces that mother gave us to eat.
