The accident...
“But you know Manish, you are too dumb to understand time travel and time loop.”
As this words echoed my mind, I came out of the Metro station and boarded a taxi. It was exactly 9pm.
As my mind was embedded on the incident, two bikes dangerously overtook my taxi nearly causing an accident. Before I could see them, an overspeeding truck gushed in front of us and on seeing it I closed my eyes in panic as we were going to collide against each other….
I opened my eyes and realized I was just dreaming about the incident. Suddenly, two bikes overtook us from behind and stopped in front of the taxi. Two men came down and started thrashing the driver. Meanwhile one of them, broke the door and snatched my bag in which my purse and other belongings were there. They pushed me and started riding the bike. I chased them but they were going at a high speed. As I was chasing them, I heard a loud thud sound ahead as something crashed against each other. When I reached the spot, I was shocked.
It was the same truck that I dreamt about which collided against the two bikes and the taxi. People were rescuing the victims. I went to help those trapped inside the taxi and was shocked to see my bag there beside a person. I couldn't see the person face as his face was covered with blood but on a closer look, I saw that the person looked like me. Before I could see him again, the locals took the body away and went to a nearby hospital.
I was feeling uneasy. There was a park nearby. I went to the park and sat in a bench to take some rest. My phone and my watch stopped working all of a sudden. I couldn't understand the turn of events taking place. I washed my face and decided to call my Dad to pick me up after going some distance since my phone wasn't working.
I went out of the park and decided to reach the accident spot. My watch stopped working and was stuck at 9:05 pm. As I reached the spot, I was shocked again. There were not a single car in that spot and everything was clear. I became more uneasy. I decided to walk faster to get network so that I could call.
While walking I saw a dog on the path, who was injured and shivering for help. I couldn't resist but to help him. But he started attacking at me. I tried to help but then he ran on the road. My ears started becoming heavy now. I couldn't hear anything. I went onto the road since it was dangerous for the dog to walk in the road injured. As I picked him up, my ears started to hear a sound, rather a horn whose sound was increasing. On looking above, I saw a truck coming towards me and before I could save myself, the truck drifted towards the other side of the road and ramped into a taxi and a couple of bikes. It was the same scenario I saw some minutes ago. My eyes became heavy and I became unconscious.
I opened my eyes and found myself in my room. I got a bandage on my head. I went outside my room when I heard my someone saying downstairs-
“Don't worry Manish, please open your eyes, you will be fine.” The main door was slammed and shut. I went downstairs and went outside through the back door and saw that our car just left our house.
As I saw our car went by, I saw a clock on the road. It was surprising. My ears became heavy again and I couldn't hear anything. I picked up the clock. It was 11:11 am. Before I could further react I looked above and saw an overspeeding car was coming into my way and as I closed my eyes in panic, everything went dark forever and ever…
