I miss this man so much that my soul hurts. My actions do contradict he taught me. But he also told me to follow my path. What ever that may be. I miss and love you Jeff. You where a mentor who cheered me on in all my endeavours. My heart still breaks.

Thornton, George Jeffery
Jeffery Thornton died at home Tuesday morning March 1, 2016. Jeff was born October 1, 1948, to Florence (Mahoney) and George Thornton, Jersey City, New Jersey. Jeff is survived by his wife, Roseann, his sons Sean Patrick and Daniel James, his brother Jim, and his sisters, Ellen, Eileen and Mary. In life, "Jeff T" served our country with two tours of duty in Vietnam as a United States Marine (May, 1967 - April, 1970). Jeff was a legendary Irishman with a unique sense of humor that drew people to him. Jeff's passion in life was to help those battling the ghosts of war, trauma, and spiritual anguish. He lived and taught what we all should do for each other - love unconditionally. His extended family, his Fellowship of miracles, and peace-makers world-wide will miss his physical presence, but his teachings live on in our hearts. His memorial service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2016
