The story of Luna Lovegood
Luna Lovegood is my favourite character from Harry Potter.I like her the most since I like her way of saying that,"You are just as sane as I am" and her spectrespecs.........
Luna Lovegood was born on 13th February,1981 to Xenophilius and Pandora Lovegood.She was a British witch.Her mother died accidentally when she was 9 while experimenting with spells.So, Luna was raised by her father.She also could see Thestrals because she had witnessed her mother's death.Her father was the editor of the Quibbler.Luna attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where she was sorted into Ravenclaw.She was continuosly teased at Hogwarts for being eccentric.Many of the students had kept her name Loony for this reason.In her fourth year at Hogwarts she joined the Dumbledore's army.She also fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries,Battle of the Astronomy Tower.Luna was also abducted by the Death Eaters due to her father's political dissidence.She was then freed by Dobby.Then she returned to Hogwarts and then finally fought in the Second Battle of Hogwarts.After the war,Luna became a Magizoologist.She eventually married Rolf Scamander and she had two children,Lorcan and Lysander Scamander.
Therefore I like her since she teaches us being yourself does not mean being weird,it means you are brave enough to be yourself.
