Life 21
So this is a documentation of the things people over look in the day to day activities that are involved with friendship.
All the times we actually take for granted just how close we are with our friends, treating them any less than family is a flat out shame, now I'm not talking some acquaintance you meet at a circle k, I mean your BFF...
The shame is that on some level you get to the point you feel they should just automatically know how you are feeling and what you are thinking...FAIL.
The truth of the matter is they do not.
All the times I thought we would be on the same page, I couldnt have been more wrong.
Having different levels of importance or what we feel is worth mentioning really allows someone who has no idea they are falling behind in communication, be so misunderstood.
Things are taken the wrong way, then confusion follows and that always leads to anger as fear is a symptom of confusion and fear Always breeds Anger.
Telling someone you care sometimes isnt enough, now it's strange how communication can quickly turn from a comforting thing into being facetious or like your making lite of a situation the other person feels in so significant, almost as if they feel you should be punishing yourself.
All the times I felt in my heart of hearts that my friends and people I care deeply for knew how I felt or how important they were to me...in reality...I guess they had No clue.
It's hard to find the right moment that doesnt make the conversation awkward specially your guy friends but unlike women with guys you only need the moral of the story where as women, like to hear Every word.
So take the time to let someone important know how much they mean to you and how special you are to have them in your life, you never know when you're going to be replaced due to a miscommunication.
We all have our own needs that must be filled in order to have a feeling of completion and contentment, dont over look the little things that make up a big part of our lives and in the end account for 75% of the things you will be remembered for.

Be safe, it's a COVID 19 jungle out there and you're not always going to be a lion.
ps. Love You Hootie! Get Well.
