An Empty Piece of Action
#WritcoStoryChallenge
The car sped through the dark night, it's headlights flashing, warning the incoming traffic.
Suddenly, a small creature rushed to the other side. I stopped and peeped through my car's window pane, wondering what was that thing my eyes had seen. But under the mighty shadow of the dark night, I can only stare long and think for a while about that little creature beneath that seemingly ring.
Did I really see something or was I merely half-dreaming? I puffed a sigh. I can't be certain about what was happening. Then resolutely, I took off heading to north completely leaving behind the entire thing that either my eyes or unsettled mind has caught. Afterall, why bother myself too much on that little creature, when I am not sure about its real figure?
Finally, I reached home, smiling to myself all alone. And said, "Life can be this surprising. We bother much ourselves on those uncertainties when there's more to see ahead of us. Yeah, staying on one particular thing which is yet perplexible to handle, will only make us jumpy, and funny nuts and such is...a real empty piece of action".
