What Foods Are Bad For Health?
This is the question almost everyone is asking. Many people have different opinions on what foods we should and what we shouldn't be eating, so I thought I would discover it myself, and here are my answers:

1. Hot Dogs - Processed meats in general are just one of the worst things you can put into your body. They're high in sodium and saturated fats, which are not the good kind.

2. Pretzels - Pretzels were the ultimate wolf in sheefs clothing type of food. Pretzels are all refined carbohydrates. In other words, you might a well be eating Jelly Beans.

3. Diet Soda - Just because something is calorie-free doesn't mean it's chemical-free. Drinking Diet Soda triggers insulin, which sends your body into fat storage mode, and leads to weight gain.

4. Processed Pastries - These have long shelf life and also an incredibly long list of indgredients to make sure you buy these! But don't fall for it, this is only sugar, refined wheat flour, trans fat and hydrogenated oil in a bag!

5. Potato Chips - This is just a lump of unhealthy and fatty potato! This has nothing else other than oil and potato and especially salt! Lots of salt! It is far more healthier if you eat homemade chips!
