Long ago, in the ancient era of the Devatas and the Asuras, a mystical band , which has the power to make the wearer invisible, gets lost in the fight between devatas and asuras (demons). The band becomes a story which no one believes except a scientist named Jatin Malhotra . He carries out research to find the band but gets arrested on account of a wrong accusation of doing a scam. After his arrest, Jatin goes missing and his family is taunted by the community. His house is burnt, his wife Tanya dies after giving birth to twin girls, and his son Jeevan is left all alone.

Fifteen years later, Jeevan , now a young man, aims to find the band so he can find his father and prove his innocence, with his best friend Santu. He lives with his maternal uncle Rajendra , who is a film producer, and his arrogant cousin Rocky, who is an actor. Rocky and his mother Bindi hate Jeevan and his sisters Roshni and Chaya , but Rajendra cares for them. Jeevan unrequitedly loves Tara , a beautiful actress who is the female lead opposite Rocky in a film which his uncle is producing to launch Rocky, while he is Rocky's stuntman in the film. He gets to know that the band is in a place called Rudraprakash. He convinces Rajendra to relocate the shooting location to Rudraprakash, so that he can get the band.

On the other hand, in a far away planet, Shukracharya, the guru of the asura clan, summons Aansh (an alien/asura and disciple of Shukracharya), to find the ring. Coincidentally, Aansh and his fellow aliens also come to Rudraprakash to search for the band . Aansh tries his best to get the band, however, Jeevan finds it before him. The band grants Jeevan with the power of invisibility, and as soon as Jeevan wears the band , a tornado comes and washes both Aansh and Jeevan out of the water body.

Meanwhile, Syom (another alien and disciple of Shukracharya) calls Khwan, who is a dangerous mercenary, especially known for his ability to hear anything. After many unsuccessful tries, Khwan follows Jeevan into Jatin's secret lab which is in a gutter. Jeevan realizes Khwan is a alien and they both have a fight. Shukracharya tells Aansh that the band four phases. Shukracharya states that if the band wearer reaches the first phase, he will get so powerful that his power will equal to a hundred asuras. Jeevan chants a mantra, when Khwan is about to kill him, and he reaches the first phase. He grabs hold of Khwans ear and accidentally tears it, which impairs Khwan's hearing permanently.

Jeevan meets Professor Bhakht (Jatin's mentor) and tells him about the alien and the superhuman powers he got. Meanwhile, Khwan is killed by Syom. Shukracharya gives Aansh a chance to get the band. Professor Bhakt tells Jeevan to find the special jacket that his father made which is bulletproof. Aansh then goes in disguise and removes his mask in front of Bhakt and he electrocutes him leading to Bhakt's death. Shukracharya reveals to the audience that Aansh is actually Jeevan's father Jatin, whom he knew had a lot of knowledge about the band. Shukracharya kidnapped Jatin from the police van that had arrested him, killed all the cops there, and transformed Jatin into an alien after erasing all the memories he had, in his life as a human.

Syom asks asuras named Kanchal and Inchal to kill Aansh. This creates a lot of havoc in the city. Jeevan with his invisble powers saves people from danger. Kanchal and Iinchal manage to escape. Jeevan feels sad that he was not able to save Professor Bhakt. People started to call Jeevan Hero because he saved the people in the city. He is meanwhile blackmailed by some strange...
