Joe and Jane are a couple living in a city where life is urban, they moved out from a small town where Joe's father was living with them before his death.

Joe and Jane liked much the new city and the urban life, they didn't use to go shopping before, they weren't used to crowds and to seeing tall apartments as they do today. So the couple as much they got used to the urban life as they liked it; Jane used to make different meals to her husband whenever he got back from work, she made him cookies, homemade biscuits and homemade candies; one day Jane started feeling dizzy and she vomited sometimes due to getting pregnant, Joe took care of her each time he saw her in such case, as he helped her and told her that that was something normal which every pregnant woman undergoes.

Jane had a large belly, Joe was too worried about her this time, as Jane got pregnant for the first time and in a large belly, Joe thought it would be a hard experience for her; so the day when Jane felt like it was time for her childbirth came in, Joe took her to the hospital to beget a boy twin at last. Joe was very happy with his twins and Jane was happy too, but very tired so she had to rest; after a week of stay in hospital for Jane and Joe, they left and went back home with a great happiness.
