Asi is ten years old. Like all other kids she liked festivals a lot. It was one time of the year when she can forget all her worries and enjoy.
Asi chose her cleanest piece of clothing to wear. It was a festival afterall and she wanted to celebrate with everyone else. When she stepped into the street a speeding car drove by splashing dirty water on her.
A tear fell down her cheek. The poor had no right to celebrate.
"I hope you die today." Lia shouted in her mind.
Within a heartbeat the car's tyres burst, the driver lost control and crashed into a lamppost. The sound was loud. It shook Asi out of her senses. She could see smoke coming from the car. She was afraid that she had some how caused it. After all she wished the people in the car dead for running her only nice cloth....
