Can you imagine what if 'John wick' was in the Hunger games or X-Men? This Korean movie will give you similar kind of experience. The most highly power packed action movie I've ever watched.
The 2018 relased movie tells the story of a young girl Ja-yoon, when she was young, Ja-yoon escaped from a government facility, but lost all her memory. 10 years later, when she appears on a nationally televised competition to win money for her family, her life is turned upside down by faces from her past.
The two leading actors just nailed the movie scene by scene. Especially, the lead actress ( Kim-Da-Mi). She is one of the queens of acting, who deserves appreciation. Her expressions, emotions, and psychotic smile was just DAEBAK!! Even I was like where have this great gem been hidden all this while. And the male leading actor Choi-woo-shik, (Train to Busan) guy, gosh his expressions was top notch. There were a scene inside the train where both protagonists meets after 10 years that was the best moment of this movie and this guy just flawed it. Truly aan oscar winning performance.
I haven't felt a single frame as boring or bugging in this movie. Every short has been calculated meticulously, and picturised perfectly. Direction and cinematography is highly appreciable.
I would recommend this very highly, if you like strong, extremely intelligent, sociopath or psychopath characters that will just blow your mind. In every aspect worth to watch movie, and can’t wait for the 2nd part to be release next year (2021).
