Their promises are what made me keep all my problems a secret. They said, "I'm here for you. I'll listen to whatever you want to say. Just let it out if you can't do it anymore. I'm here for you, always." With a smile, that's what they said. And that's what I did. I told them my problems, of what I am feeling and of what is bothering me. And yet, they didn't hear me at all. My cries, that they promised to listen to, went all unheard. I came to conclude that it is much much more better, if I just keep it all to myself and just stay silent until I heal myself better. To stay silent is much more easier to deal with than speak but there's no one who'll listen either way. It hurts less that way.
