Where were they now? They were in the middle of the narrow street. They were sure to go to the Mortimer street until that phone call from their aunty. Yes they do know that she was worried about them.

"Andrew we don't know where we are and upon all of this we have lost the bus! " Cried Susanne. "It is better if we find the way to our house, it must be near" Said Tom.

"No Susanne we have not lost our way and we are not going back" Groaned Andrew. "We can make our way through the carts" He said. There were no carts by that time.

"I see no carts" Screwed Susanne. "We must walk a little for we can surely reach the train station" He answered Susanne. Susanne and Tom looked at each other.

Andrew walked quietly followed by Susanne and Tom."To where did they get the ticket" Asked Ms. Mary to the conductor, "they wanted to go to Mortimer city" He said.

"Mortimer? But why would the children want to go there? " Asked Mrs. Sophie. For some minutes utter silence had surrounded the room. Mr. Walt said "I think that's because Mr. Stephen and Andrew, and I once went there to meet Mr. Roger.

Mr. Daniel is Mrs. Sophie's husband but they had decided to get divorced, long back. Lawrence never talked. Once again the Hall was filled with complete silence.

" Mr. Roger? But you never said that to me" Shouted Mrs. Sophie. "That's not the problem now" Shouted back Ma. Mary. "You can't take care of even your own kid, then how will you take care of them? " Mocked Mr. Daniel.

"How could you? " Cried Mrs. Sophie. "I was responsible" She shouted. "Then how did they get lost? " Commented Mr. Daniel. "I" Said Mrs. Sophie then with a long pause "I was not expecting that" She continued.

Her eyes were flooded with tears. She wiped her tears quickly and ran upstairs. Ms. Mary looked at Mr. Daniel. He was worried too. He simply sighed. Ms. Mary took no more words, she went upstairs to console Mrs. Sophie.

"I don't just get it Mary! " Sobbed Mrs. Sophie holding the children's photo. "I really don't get it! " She sobbed again. "Why did the children run away?" She asked Ms.Mary expecting no reply.

Ms. Mary sat beside her but said nothing."I think they would have heard us talk about Mrs. Grace" Said Ms. Mary."I am sorry for that but I really could not control myself" Said Mr. Daniel. He had just entered the room.

"We must fetch the children back" Said Ms. Mary. "I've phoned Mr. Roger. He said he is ready to help us search the children" Said Mr. Daniel.
"My legs hurts!, I shall make no more move" Thundered Tom.

"I feel the same! " Said Andrew. "Then let's look for a barn or something to spend the night" Said Susanne. The others accepted. Susanne found quite a good barn to spend the night.

Andrew and Susanne asked the barn owner let them sleep there that night and in the morning they would wind up the place. Luckily the barn incharge asked them little work in return.

They were fast asleep, they were tired after all this drama. Susanne was worried. What she is doing is right or wrong?
