chapter 5 - The Alleyway Gauntlet.

Still inside the center of town, in a clubs open rooftop bar with some seating around the edges, a stocky bald headed bouncer with a bushy chestnut brown beard, is hiding behind the bar with a young lady in a blue glittery dress. He peeps over the top of the bar counter, seeing there is a group of seven Z’s on the dance floor, like they are trapped in a trance, as they take it turns to bop to the music that is playing, every so often they keep bumping into each other, snarling at one another like a pack a rabies bitten dogs. Retro sofas around the edges of the room with retro coffee tables in the middle, stopping at the closed door that is to the side of the bar, one bit of noise will alert the Zs. He grabs a hold of a silver cork screw. She grabs a small serrated brown handled knife, from a wooden chopping board, that would have been used for slicing or wedging lemon or limes.

Back into the restaurant, George is pouring a glass of whiskey mixed with coke after putting the money he collected at the supermarket in his backpack. He takes his glass from the bar counter.
Adam says“Bro I am going to have the same as you.”
George is walking over to a seat, his phone sits face down on the table.
George responds saying“Knock yourself out bro.”
He sits down, swirling around the jack to mix with the coke, taking a swig after putting his glass down, picking his phone up he starts to text, while the ladies are keeping watch outside, the others are sorting through the trolleys.
George stands up putting his mobile in his pocket he finishes off his drink. He notices two people stealth walking on the other side of the street.
George asks“Girls, you see them two as well?”
Aida responds saying“Yes I do, they are not looking Z to me.”
George goes to take the chair that is stuffed under the handle also into the doormat, unbolting the door, poking his head out.
George loudly whispers“Pssssst! Over here!”
