“I am truly ugly...”

A devasted girl muttered while looking at the screen of her phone. The hand holding the phone choked it until she sighed.

She had taken a photo of herself with the help of her gadge moments ago, due to that she was able to scrunitized every 'mistake' she saw on her face.

The girl very dearly wishes for a magic that would erase all the blemishes on her face everyday. Pimples already started appearing all over it, she was getting repressed by the anxiety and depression brought to her by her looks.

She was not like this before, she's more of a carefree girl who barely checks herself in the mirror, she just go on in life with her positive outlook. However one careless sentence from someone made her super conscious of her visage.

“You should use some products in your face, it might help.”

It might sound just a passing thought of someone towards her, but for her who is highly concious it spelled the start of disaster. The words stayed on her mind, at first it was a suggestion, but after a long time it rotted turning into simple two words: you're ugly.

The night she heard those words she scrunitized every angles there is in her face, and true she did found the 'blemishes' in it. At first she tried not to mind it, but even after how many toss and turns she made on the bed she was not able to sleep. She repeatedly checked her face in the bathroom's mirror, washed it with water, soap, and any other kind of products she thought that could help her solve this problem.

Unsurprisingly none of it helped, instead it made her facial skin irritated. This was the start of her falling through the rabbit hole...
