Summon case and Warrant case :-

Summon case is less grave and solemn in nature.
Summon case requires no mandatory fee.
Summon case can be converted into Warrant case. It can be withdrawn if Complainant wishes.
If Complainant doesn't appear or absent,Magistrate may discharge accused.

Warrant case is different something from Summon case. Warrant case is more solemn in nature.
It can't be withdrawn Whether Complainant wants or not.
It can't be converted into Sommon Case.

Here Warrant case requires fee charges.

At time of trial proceedings or hearings, Suit is prohibited when Complainant is absent and Magistrate may discharge accused.
