Weight-lifting
***

Some carry their weights on their heads and end up with headaches and stiff necks.

Some carry it in their hearts and all their hopes of a brighter future drop down like droopy breasts.

Some wear it on their feet and like all oversized shoes they bring discomfort to the heels and purge the soles of all those who wear it.

Some try to mask it with Cologne over skin but trust me, nothing can ever hide the pestilent stench of sin.

And yet still , there are still some who have learnt to get down on their knees and cast all their cares at the foot of the Cross for they know that Christ paid it all and in exchange for their sorrow, He gives them joy.

If you carry your burden on your head, you literally put a ceiling that obscures further view and thus you won't see anything more than your sorry and sorrowful state.

Carrying your burden on your head also ladens your frame and results in a stiff neck which forbids you to see anything more than your problems which are perpetually kept in focus like a worm on a hook.

Wearing your burden like a sari
Is not necessary.
And giving the reigns to your worry will get you enslaved 'shamwari'*.

Transgression boots come with a drag and thus cause you to trip, slip, stumble and fall.

Never harbor pain, sorrow and sin lest they set sail to your demise.
