2020 and 2021 has been a difficult time for everyone but has also helped us connect more with our families. Share your experience in the form of a story about how this scenario shaped your life and you as a person. They were the years that history became present as a nationwide pandemic took place. it was no longer a story from the from a textbook, but a new challenge to face. One in which we faced the reality of death and the strive to survive. There were so many people at risk. The young, the old, especially those who had a weaker immune system. School shut down. Time outside of homes were limited. Going to shops and fast food too. Many companies went out of business. Our whole lives changed. We had to learn to live a new life. We where not able to be around loved ones. Seeing some get sick and some of that died. I took out so many people in mass quantities. It was like the world was ending. All you could think was am I next? Or a loved one be next. The uncertainty of everything was real. The only thing good out of it was that people use vehicles less(cleaner air), people started reaching out to others, and even developed new hobbies. It brought people to find who they are within themselves and to value the love in others. Life is strong but also weak. Life can be lived but it can also be lost. Death opens our eyes to morality. We need to live, love, and be there for each other, always.
