Suffering is only needed until you realize you can choose not to suffer. The ability to be able to choose ANYTHING is the perfection of God's plan within free will. Suffering and pain are perfect and should be taking place. Otherwise, how could you know when you are going the wrong way. And without the ability to choose both what you are not, and what you are, how would you ever grow?
