President Grace said "Hello everyone thanks for coming now first to many black people have been shot lets figure this out what is the problem with this is it a policy thing we need to change some things a unarmed black man got shot so let me ask the new York police commissioner will this change and what can I do to help". the PC Ford Phillip said "I mean our policy is that our Officers shall not act in any illegal manner while serving our citizens but sometimes we have some bad officers that ruin the reputation of the rest of the officers but we will try and work to end that as for what you can do just assist us in stopping it because it's not right". President Grace said "And we will definitely help you in the fight for justice in your city and we wont let congress stop us so I ask all of us to work to end this once and for all."
