The encounter e.p.1
#WritcoStoryPrompt83
"Some things in life are meant to be together". Tell something that would suffice the lines in a story.

As I stood beneath the bare tree, mesmerized by the graceful dance of the two crimson leaves, I sensed a presence beside me. Glancing to my side, I found myself captivated by a pair of warm, hazel eyes that seemed to reflect the very same wonder I felt.

“Aren’t they beautiful?” the stranger, a young man, said, his voice soft and gentle.

I nodded, unable to tear my gaze away from his face. “Yes, they are. It’s as if they’re moving in perfect harmony, like they were meant to be together.”

He smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. “That’s exactly what I was thinking. Sometimes, it’s the smallest things in life that remind us of the magic all around us, don’t you think?”

I couldn’t help but agree. There was something about this chance encounter, this shared appreciation for the simple beauty of nature, that felt almost serendipitous.

“I’m Kang Weon,” he said, extending his hand.

“Ryuuko Aizawa,” I replied, grasping his hand in mine. His touch was warm and firm, sending a spark of electricity through me.

As we stood there, watching the leaves dance in the cool autumn breeze, I couldn’t help but feel a connection forming between us. It was as if the universe had orchestrated this moment, bringing two strangers together to witness something truly special.

Perhaps, like the leaves, we too were meant to be together, if only for this fleeting moment. The thought filled me with a sense of wonder and possibility, and I found myself eager to learn more about this captivating young man who had so effortlessly captured my attention.

In the end, the leaves eventually drifted to the ground, their dance coming to a bittersweet conclusion. But as I turned to Jack, I knew that this chance encounter was just the beginning of something extraordinary.
