Since childhood, I am a fan of comics. A comic story presented with funny pictures makes it very easy and interesting to understand. Even now when I am 24 years old whenever I found my childhood comics I can't stop to just grab and read them and lost in my nostalgic days🤓.
I know you might be wondering whether by mistake I have given my article a wrong title. No friends just today's topic remembers me one of my most favourite childhood hobbies. And I like comics just because of their way of presenting a cute story with beautiful and colourful pictures which makes it very easy to understand the story just by seeing those pictures.
Now the same magic of colours with a beauty you can create when it comes to data presentation in excel which makes it very easy for you to analyse the data just by a glimpse of charts.
This feature is available under the Insert tab under the charts group. Charts group have several chart options which you can use for presenting your data. Giving your chart a customized title to using your favourite colours and formats all are available just by few clicks.
Just click on a format which you want like a 2D Column Chart, 3D Column Chart, Bar Chart, Pie Diagram, Radar Chart and so on. Well, there are a lot of formats available. Moreover, under the Charts group, there is an option 'Recommended Charts' where excel recommend some ready-made chart formats which are simple and the most used one. Also, you can design a chart template as per your requirement save that template for your coming projects.
So after inserting your chart when you left-click on your chart anywhere you will see design and format tabs get open. Through these tabs, you can use different designs, colours, fonts and formats for presenting the chart. All you need is to explore and experiment with all such options and see what magic you can create for your simple data. Also by right-clicking on the chart, you will get a lot of shortcut options for customising the chart which are hidden somewhere in the design and format tab.
