the hurricane had left so much of a mess
trees were down all around
cars were flooded
and people were stuck home
worried
as I sat in my room
I didn't want it to end
even though I new what an agony its caused
it was all so calming
not having to go to work was also a plus
and my love was in the next room
in fury
he wanted to go out so bad
when I was a homebody he was not

it was that day
I found something I wish I never found
cause yes I loved being off but it brang quite alot of boredom
I lay there in the bed
I couldn't help to remember an old box I found in the closet as he lay on the couch in dismay
I crept in the closet
to take a look in it
and there it was tons of love letters from his old love
I got sick to my stomach
I released a tear and with that tear came more suspicion
what else does he have in this closet
before I let him have it ......

I heard a noise as I rushed to put the letters and box back
I turned around and there he was
