"Flap,flap,flap" that was the sound of Clementine's fluffy sandals that she was wearing going up the stairs,holding a basket full of white sheets that had a lavender fragrance all over them,blossomed the whole staircases to smell like a lavender garden.
She had changed the sheets for the main bedroom and now she had to do that at Kylie's bedroom,truly she didn't want to go to his bedroom.She knew that he was working from home again and she wasn't ready to see his face.Ever since what happened last night she hasn't seen him.
She stood before the door,took a deep breath first like a musician before a mic just about to start singing loud to the cheerful crowd and just when she was about to throw her fist to the door,it just happened to see Kylie about to walk out his room.Clementine just froze,like a thief caught stealing.Kylie just stood there acting like he was surprised to see her on his doorstep,he knew that Clementine doesn't want to be stared at so he just looked at her without saying anything.

Kylie didn't want to admit with his inner self that he was in love with Clementine,but after how he found himself going after her the last day,he realized that he was really in love with her Clementine worked so fast just to make sure that she leaves the room just to get a break for being gawked at.After returning the the pillows back,she grabbed the basket very fast and made her way out of the bedroom and when she was about to go down the stairs,she heared footsteps behind followed by Kylie's deep voice asking her to make him something to eat.He really knew how to get into her nerves,Clementine was really fuming, she tried to conceal it but she felt like her heart could burst out of anger.She knew Kylie was doing all of that on purpose.
She went straight to the kitchen,rushing as if she was being scolded at.The thing was after seeing Kylie half naked yesterday,the scent of his body was still stuck on her nose and now she just had to smell more when she walked past him the time she was changing the sheets,now she was rushing because she didn't want to smell that scent because it made her lose her mind a bit and just give him flirtatious looks.
"I'll have my salad the way I told you that I like it,and leftovers of chicken that I saw in the fridge"said Kylie as he sat down and watched Clementine getting him what he asked for and there she was working uncomfortable because of being stared.

"Oh yes I do have something to do and that is sitting here to watch what an amazing creature you are"said Kylie.

"I'm not,you are always stepping on my toes and it seems like you enjoy freaking me out"said Clementine.
Kylie got up from his chair and went straight to her and said to her "try not to freak out,just go along with what I am doing and see what will happen"
He held her soft hands,pulled her closer and looked her inside her eyes as if he was reading tiny epithets written inside her eyes.The moment was so fascinating,it made both of them realize the deep affection they had for each other.They both felt their hearts melting and that called for a tighter hold and touch.

"Sorry,is it that bad?"asked Clementine with concern.
"Are you the concerned one now?just continue with your work"said Kylie.
"I was just asking,I wanted to know if did you hurt yourself that bad"asked Clementine feeling hurt.

Clementine held onto him tightly,elevated her hands to his back and kissed him gently,enjoying the little massage Kylie gave to her waist.The kiss went on for minutes then the sound of the gate opening as Shirley car was driving in,disturbed the moment for them.They had to cut the kiss very fast Clementine picked up the flower vase and rushed to the house and Kylie just stood there smelling the frangrance of Clementine's perfume that was all over his shirt.
