I held my pillow to my cheek as I told my alarm to shut up. "Another day, another dollar for sure," I said aloud, as I reached to turn off the alarm.
I stretched out on my bed as I considered the reason for today's research. The constant news reports of recalled food products embodying salmonella and ecoli contamination. There must be a reason for the food supply being undermined.
As a researcher and super sleuth, I figured the FDA would be a good place to start. I was particularly interested in the microbiology program used to assess pathogens in or on food products.
