Yesterday, I tried my hand on Chhole Bhature ( wait, i tried to make only Chhole,Bhature were replaced by Chapaties)😏
After watching video, having tagline easy & tasty chhola recipe,on YouTube because my bestie is often praised by our friends as master chef( only in our friend circle btw) So yesterday I was like now I show my cooking skill
I assembled all the ingredients and took kids chhola chana ( they were dancing while putting in the cooler)& 5 whistles made them adult 😆
Then I took 2onions , looked sad 😐, however, coldfish like me has no mercy for them, started chopping so they got pain & their pain rolling in form of tears from my eyes on cheeks😉.
Following this assassination, I felt guilty
so I asked my mother to help me( she cooked tasty Chhole) & I only gave the final touch placing coriander leaves over it and clicked beautiful pics.
(most important tip - you must have good quality camera phone so that you can show your avg presentation look rich😈) 🆗
