Have you ever thought that you are not good enough no matter what you do.You some times unwillingly self sabotage your self esteem with bad thoughts. "You are not alone". What you are feeling now is many of us have experienced in our lives,to question our selves that we are not good enough and more oftently we end up believing that we are not.Modern Day society place so much pressure on us to succeed.In today's life of social media every one's success and accomplishments are unfolded infront of our eyes so easily that its natural to feel that we don't have what they have.Such thoughts often get better of us and we end up setting unrealistic goals and expectations from our selves.we are fairly unforgiving to our selves,we don't deserve that.
