Not Everyone Must Love You
It’s true that not everyone must love you. We are being told everywhere, this statement. At a point, we become this statement as it becomes us. When we face contrary opposition, we say it subconsciously, to feel better. To feel it’s ok to have someone who hates you for no reason, other than the fact you’re breathing.

BUT IS IT TRULY OK?

It’s not ok. It’s not ok to be bullied and brought down for no good reason by strangers who would never know you. It’s not ok for people to spread lies about you, just to make themselves look better. It’s not ok for people to use this statement to perpetuate schemes that bring you down and not bring you up. Oh, it’s not ok!

Funny enough, everyone claims they are human. But, I’m starting to think the word human has lost its meaning in the world. Do you even know the meaning of being human? Do you?

I know I’m not supposed to create controversial posts but I can’t help it. I don’t feel my gift of writing should be misused but used appropriately to stir up conversations. Yes, we need to have these types of conversations.

There are so many bullies who hide under the canopy of not everyone must love you, to perpetrate injustice to their fellows. It could be stemmed from jealousy or lack of empathy.

No one is forcing you to love anyone but you must learn to respect people. Don’t go around acting like you own the place when in contrast you are a servant of someone! There is always someone under someone. That’s how the world works.

Think about it, if you learn to respect people, not for their attitude or financial affluence but because they’re human, there would be less strife and more peaceful coexistence.

Hating someone reflects on your mental health and makes you unhappy when that person is progressing. Imagine seeing someone for the first time, and you conclude, I don’t like her/I don’t like like him. That’s beyond awful.

I always think that celebrities are strong. Do you know why? They get so much bullying from people who don’t know them. Who watch for every flaw to bring it out and mock them about it. Who spend their times invested in their lives to bring them down. Nothing more, nothing less.

Are they not human too? Because they’ve supposedly made it in life, does that give anyone the right to judge and bully them like they shouldn’t be susceptible to mistakes?

IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT BECAUSE THEY PUT THEIR LIVES OUT THERE, THEN TRUST ME YOU'RE AN ANIMAL AND NOT A HUMAN.
To the ordinary people, who snipe at themselves. It’s quite a pity. I see a couple of people fighting racism, being activist but when you screen their messages or posts, they love to hurt others. It’s ok to disagree but it’s not ok to use that to bring people down.

I was reading a post on tumblr the other day. It had to do with racism in the USA. The poster was black and was pleading with the whites to take down their Black Lives Matter posters because, they barely practice what they preached.

I thought to myself, could I really blame him? The answer was no. Imagine putting all that on display but still practicing it in secret, too bad. Is it not? Still, I thought, there was a better way to handle it. How do you want the true non racist to support you if you’re against everything they do? That’s a bit strange, don’t you think?

All these comes back to the purpose of the post, respect. We need to learn to respect each other. To understand we are different people from different worlds on planet earth. If we respect each other, we can live without trampling on another person’s right or being a social media bully.

This lack of respect has made everyone to cast a weary eye to everything, even a supposedly benevolent gesture. It has also made hate to thrive in our world.

We must make respect to come first. If two people in a relationship do not respect each other, that relationship won’t work. If they like claim to love each other one crore.

Respect makes people less liable to any form of injustice in the world. Learn to respect people.
