Some people have a guilty pleasure of enjoying boy and boy romance, don't they? Well, I decided to post one chapter of my completed book on Wattpad: Logan Loves Nic.

A summary? I'll write that now:

Logan is in love. He was still in the closet. He loved his sisters. His parents are fine. He is doing well in school. And he still had his only friend, Nic Chester.

Logan lives in a constipated house with his six sisters, and busy parents. It doesn't seem to help one bit when he found out he loves his straight best friend.

Everything was going great and fine, until he makes a mistake, then kisses his straight best friend after a fight, in front of everyone who would destroy him. Coming out was even more terrible for him because everything goes haywire.

Chapter 2- Attention and Scents.

"I think I'm getting hungry." Nic moaned while sitting on Logan's bed, his feet were directly on the single pillow. Logan didn't complain, not like there was even a reason to. Just smelling Nic's feet on the small pillow was enough; even though it might be stinky.

"Log, you're not listening to me again." Logan rolled his eyes at his best friend. Rather than replying, he only brought the novel closer to his face, ignoring but confirming Nic's statement. Nic noticed this tactic.

"Logan!" He whined loudly. "You're choosing a book over me!"

Logan rolled his eyes once more. Nic is too dramatic for a teenager, that's if there is a certain age for teenagers to stop being dramatic. "At least it has something reasonable to say."

Logan heard Nic gasp on the bed, a second later, Logan was shoved hard. His forehead collided with the book, which collided with the table. Overall, the pain was real. "That's what you get for sassing me."

For a whole minute and a half, the small, cramped room was quiet, too quiet. Obviously Nic was fuming in anger, while Logan was nursing his pained head. The book he was reading had fallen on the floor when the pain got too much for Logan, a result of Nic's pissed off shove.

"Nic?" Logan gave in to the silence. "Nicky? Nic?"

He sensed Nic rolling his eyes. "Isn't your dear book more precious?"

Logan winced at the spite of Nic's voice; he won't let this go easily. Logan knew this, Nic knew it as well. If you make Nic mad at you, you're going to work for his attention.

Nic hates feeling unwanted and Logan realized his mistake a bit too late. Rather than begging Nic to talk to him, he picked up the novel. 'The Science Between Arts," displayed on the cover from the floor and focused on reading it.

A few minutes later into the book, Logan was shoved again, much harder than before. The book fell once again, and Logan was nursing his bruising head. Nic stood up, wore his Nike sneakers, picked up his backpack from the floor and angrily slammed the door behind him with a behind pissed off look on his face.

Logan sighed, thinking over running to catch up with him, or calling him later. He shook his head, groaning at the pain, then took the book once more before laying on the bed.

The scent of Nic's socks filled his nostrils and once more, Logan felt his love for his best friend grow.

Nic just needed Logan's attention, but he'll be fine. He had more than enough physical friends to talk to, and followers on Instagram and Tiktok to rant to, on 'how much of a jerk his best friend is'.

Nic has made videos of pranking Logan and angry-rant videos of Logan being a 'big bad annoying, ignoring, and jerk face best friend.' That was exactly how Nic captioned it, making sure to tag Logan so his followers would angry blast him, which they did.

Logan could only smile at the memory. He took his phone from his pocket and headed straight for the app. Sure enough, he hadn't been disappointed, Nic had posted a video a few seconds ago.

Logan didn't know how long he could hide the ever growing love he had for Nic, he didn't know how much longer he could keep his sexuality a secret anymore.
