Chapter 1 : Oath to change the world
Aranthia was a magical world, full of color and life. The sky was always a bright shade of blue, and the sun shone down on the bustling cities and rolling hills. People went about their day-to-day lives, casting spells and performing magical feats with ease. They laughed, they loved, they lived.
But not everyone in Aranthia was able to wield magic. There were those without any magical abilities, known as "dulls." They were looked down upon by those who could use magic, treated as second-class citizens, and often relegated to menial jobs.
One of these duls was a young boy named Owen. He had grown up in a small village, surrounded by magic, but unable to use it himself. Owen had always been an outsider, ridiculed and bullied by the other children for his lack of magical abilities.
One day, as Owen was walking through the village, he overheard a group of children talking about him. They were making fun of him, calling him a "useless dull," and laughing at him. Owen felt a surge of anger and frustration rise up within him, but he knew that he was powerless to do anything about it.
Feeling defeated, Owen made his way back to his home. As he walked, he couldn't help but feel like there was something wrong with the way magicless people were treated in Aranthia. It didn't seem fair that just because he couldn't use magic, he was treated like he was worth less than everyone else.
As Owen reached his small, rundown house, he made a decision. He wasn't going to let his lack of magical ability hold him back anymore. He was going to train his body and mind, become the best he could be, and show everyone that he was just as good as any magic-wielding person.
And so, Owen began his training. He worked tirelessly, pushing himself to his limits every day. He learned to run faster, jump higher, and fight harder than anyone else in the village. He also studied strategy and tactics, determined to outsmart anyone who tried to bring him down.
Despite his hard work, Owen continued to face discrimination and ridicule from those around him. But he refused to let it get to him. He knew that he was destined for greatness, and he wouldn't let anyone stand in his way.
As the sun set on Owen's small village, he stood on a hilltop, overlooking the rolling hills and verdant forests of Aranthia. He took a deep breath and felt a sense of determination fill him. He was going to change the world, one step at a time, and he was going to start by proving that even a magicless boy could become something great.
