A tale i would write about a great human's deeds,
Read carefully and follow my pen where this story leads.
There once was a little poor Boy living in the Philippines,
Who had nothing to eat and his family stringed the beans.
He felt little love cause he came from a broken home,
No one to watch after him and the streets he gladly roam.
He dropped out of school suddenly and was a lost cause,
But with faith and hard work he skilled in combat sport.
Went into the boxing ring and inspired hope in people,
With direction and hard work made success look simple.
After twelve major titles clearly a legend he became,
Went back to school and a fight for his diploma he came.
When his best times was ahead he turned to politics,
With people's interest at heart all the good boxes he ticks.
Went on to contest and lost in his first major election,
Aimed higher and a senator post was in his collection.
On the polls everyone did vote for his landslide victory,
A thousand homes for the poor was just one more story.
Now the Philippine children gather to play and sing songs,
A brighter future assured is on every kids mind and tongues.
Humanity won the show on this epic story we told now.
