Create your stop signs
Consider the scene that when you are at the intersection noticing a stop sign.Even though there is no car, you will still have to stop and observe the environment before proceeding.

Likewise, we can set rules for our emotions. Under some circumstances where you believe death might be the only way to survive, try this way:

Never go to a dangerous place or attempt to do things that threaten your life and safety, as they are the stop signs on the road. These are the stop signs in your mind that you have established for yourself. Or you can literally put stop signs in those places.
