Shhh
It was my first day of college and I was going to greet my roommate at my dorm for the first time, so I was pretty excited. When I fianally met her, we immediately understood each other so well. We knew we were going to be best friends for life, we just had so much in common. Anyway when I got into my room I put my things away and went out with my new roommate for some food. We got home pretty late so when we arrived we immediately went to bed. I was deeply asleep till something woke me up. It was the sound of crying and it was pretty loud too, but I was still half asleep so I just ignored it and went back to sleep. When I woke up the next morning I looked over to my roommate who was laying in her bed across to mine and she was all balled up in her bed. Crying. I asked her what's wrong. I crawled up her bed and as I wanted to wrap her in my arms, she swiftly turned around and pushed me away. I fell of the bed, shocked. Why did she do that? I looked up to her again and... She looked so terrified. Her entire body was shaking in fear. When she realised that she pushed me of the bed, she snapped out of her behaviour and helped me on her bed. She apologized couple of times as well. Then I asked her again what on earth is going on. She swiftly looks up to me with her big brown eyes filled with horror. She starts crying again and all I can do is comfort her. What the heck happened last night? After some time (and lots of coffee and chocolate) she calmed down and was finally able to tell me what happened last night. I was scared to death after she told me what happened. She told me that after we fell asleep, she woke up again. She wanted to see if I am awake as well, but what she saw was just terrifying. (And it was surprisingly not me for a change) She explained how something was leaning towards me above my bed. She continued by describing this something. She said that it was somewhat built like a human. But the arms were slim and very long, his fingernails were also quite long and sharp. And his body was surrounded by weird, he supposedly also smelled burnt. And then she came to his face. It had no eyes just a very very creepy smile. She said that his eyes looked like they were ripped out or something. And when it saw that my roommate saw her it started running towards her and when it was right above her, all he said was: "Shhh..." and then disappeared into thin air. My roommate decided to get some therapy and still gets nightmares about this creature. And well I obviously did not make such a dramtic choice I only changed my dorm room...and I also changed my college...and live at the other side of earth...
