CRITICISM
I am a teacher and I love teaching kids, I am not just teaching them how to be good at this or that, but I also taught them how to be a good students. Manners and attitude will always be the school's number one priority and the second one is the academic, because a lot of people today that it has higher IQs but can't even respect who's older than them, no manners to be specific.

One day, I asked one of my smart students to write an equation and solve one of her probleme example. While doing it, I noticed that she is wrong putting the sign. Everything is okay tho, but the sign.

"It should be negative!"

"Smart but can't even look at her wrong sign!"

"HAHAHAHAHA!"

"Is that our top 1?"

"Quiet class!"

They all go silent but you can still hear their words, I was about to stand up when she look at me as if she is asking me a permission if she can talk. I sit down again and nod.

"Can you ask me teacher why I got it wrong even though you know that I know it?" She asked me softly. I sigh and look at her.

"I know, then why did you do it?" She faced the class and put her hands on the back, but I still feel her confidence to talk in front.

"You all know that I didn't even got a mistake in math, to all our subjects, but you know I am not perfect too. I commited mistakes and I didn't know everything as much as people do." She stopped for a moment and I don't get it, I admit."I uh tried to make a mistake today, intentionally to see how other people will react to my mistakes, to my wrong actions, to my wrong answers, and all. You see I almost perfect everything, I got the right one, I also perfect the solve, but when I got one mistake you all mocking me, judging me, and laughing at me."

"So, what's your point?"

"My point is that— no matter how you good at this and that, when you got wrong they will criticize you and forget all the things you do, all the 'right' things you do, they will only focus to that one mistake. Criticism will always be there but before you criticize someone make sure they've been wrong on their entire life, criticism should be place on the right construct because humans are not perfect we got stumble too, if you messed up everyone will judge you."

Even though I am a teacher, that day I learned something to my students. When I go home I smile and close my eyes, every students, every people have their own weaknesses and strengths, I also have fear, and I committed mistakes. If only we listen to each other and criticize each other without hurting our feelings— our world must be so lovely.

Listening to each other, young or adult, it will connect us into more deeper. Not all the adult is right, not all young people can understand, but if we listen to each other and understand each other as much as we wanted to be— humanity atleast will comeback.
