I live in Narsinghgarh city, known as Mini Kashmir and it is full of natural beauty. Narsingarh is surrounded by the hills of Vindhyachal mountain. This city has its own special feature. The city Narsingarh is a boon of nature. There are temples of Lord Shiva at the height which is nothing less than a treasure.


Narsinghgarh city was founded in 1681 by Diwan Parasram. The city was named by Rawat Parasramji after his adorable god Lord Narasimha. A very ancient idol of Lord Narasimha made of eight metals is today located in the city of Narsingarh. It also has a very ancient Parasram Talab built by the royal family. Right in the middle of the pond is the temple of Lord Pashupatinath. The city also has the Chidikho National Sanctuary, where a variety of animals exist.

A fort in Malwa and Mughal style was built 300 years ago in the town of Narsinghgarh, where the Royal family lived. It is a unique piece of architecture in terms of texture. The city of Narsingarh has a variety of natural and artificial waterfalls. Pawanputra Hanuman is also a very ancient temple of Hanuman Gadi, from where the entire city is visible.

You will feel at peace here. If you ever come to Bhopal, then definitely come to the city of Narsinghgarh. It is only 90 kilometers from Bhopal. From Bhopal city you can reach Narsingarh by bus. It is connected to the National Highway-12. A lot of buses ply from Bhopal to Narsinghgarh
