Life a bottomless hourglass.
All our lives we wait for that one twist of fate when we will start living life the way we dreamt of it.
However, this is the tomfoolery which costs us our lives. Because life isn't waiting for us to decide. It is going without any halt. Waiting for a particular moment/achievement only makes us unappreciative of life which is slipping like sand in an hourglass. But here the hours can't be reversed by turning the glass upside-down to start again. Life is a bottomless hourglass. The sand which comprises moments of our lives is lost to the chasm of the universe, filling it until the day one dies. Leaving a scar barely on the face of earth or conceivably not even that.
So the best we could do is make each moment count.
