After all earth was fully digital at all side. There are no special countries. One country that's VCN. The total population is 10007. From the 10007 people in the world 5000 people works at VCN.
The people of the world they have some specialities. All people now in the world is in same age and they dont know about anything of previous world all are like new born and robots they does there researches on the instructions of Dr. cerbin. And because of apocalyptic weather they need to take some doses of medicine for there life daily. After taking the injection for all a blackout will occur.
