*Hidden Feelings*
Episode 15:
Her eyes were swollen and her heart was skipping. Life is full of lessons. The more we live, the more we learn... I couldn't believe my ears as she kept apolizing on behalf of her husband.. A woman pleading her husband's first wife to stay because she can't comport herself to see him suffer. "Can I do this? Perhaps Mahmoud is also suffering. But why I'm I the cause of everything." I soliloquized. We were all caught in the web of love. Yet, no one could explain how it got there. Neither do any of us had the power of extinguishing it's flames. Four people were suffering and the solution was available but it appeared like a pill that was hard to swallow.....
I finally voiced out.
"Zahra, the two us are guilty of the same offense. No one can understand better than I do. You love Uthman, he loves me and I love someone else." I spilled the bean because it must be told.
She looked at me speechless.
"You love someone else?"
"Yes, I do."
"How come? Is Uthman aware? Did the person also loves you in return ?"
"I can't explain how the feelings got there. Uthman is not aware and that person also loves me. Perhaps more.... Zahra, I know how you feel. I've found myself in your shoes before.
