Golden Light
Her wild free spirit and family was all she needed to survive in a world full of terror, as her year went buy day by day she stood strong and walked over negativity but it soon all came tumbling down on her when she got the devastating news a secret that was yet to be told, tears flowing like rivers after a storm hoping it's a nightmare soon she fell asleep. As the day break fall on her soft creamy skin, she squint her puffy red eyes at the bright sight. Toughts flushing through her mind she swings out of bed and drowns her negative thoughts under the warm steaming shower. Wishful thinking was all that kept her day going as night fall will unleash the horrible scene all over again.
Night came and a family meeting was arranged where Marsha Bloom yet again had too hear the news she feared the most "your mother has cancer, we spoke to the doctor and it can be treated". Frozen she sat on the coach not one word or even a squeak, as soon as the conversation came near the end Marsha took of walking in a fast pace to her room pretending that this was all just a dream.
Never in her life would she accept the punishment her mother was giving, anger was replaced with acceptance and the more it grew the deeper her hatred towards life got. As cut and bruises covered her body she smiled and said I'm okay, life is good with a big smile that didn't look fake. School didn't have meaning it was just another 'I have to get through it' moment, nothing mattered anymore accept being there for her mother.
After a few months she watched hair fall down her mothers back with tears running from her eyes, a hug and positive word was all she had to offer. As good news came bad news followed never was never just a happy moment but they stood high and strong as a family. Marsha's mother only had one request to live life as once before, she said "there's only a need to focus on the negativity when it's at your door step but if it's not you smile, sing and dance because nothing has the power to take away your happiness unless you allow it too.". So we went on like there was no cancer except for the days thay we had to face facts, when she had chemotherapy or got results back from the doctors.
Life for everyone became much easier except for Marsha who still hated life, she still couldn't understand why this was happening to a person who would give her last penny to a person in need, who would worry about other's even though her life's crumbling down to dust. A few more months passed by Marsha's mother started to struggle to do every day things but still wanted everyone to carry on, Masha stood her ground and insisted that her mother needs to stop and allow people to help her but tears filled her mother's eyes because she didn't want her to be worried or feel like she had to take care of her all the time. " you carried me for 9 months and took care of me for almost 17 years, never once did you give up, let go or gave me away and now it's my turn to take care of you it's a great honor." Said Masha with the biggest smile one her face.
They overcame every obstacle together as a family and never once regretted anything, through all of this Marsha's mother never gave up, she kept fighting and she won the battle it was a proud and happy day, the family celebrated with joy. Through it all Marsha learned a lot of valuable lessons.
*Never let negativity rule your life
*Don't stop living cause there's greater things to come
*Life is short don't waste it
*Stop every now and then and embrace everything around you
*Positivity is the key to Happiness
*Don't wait for your moment to come, create your own moment
*No matter how bad life gets there's always a better outcome
even though a few week later her mother took a turn for the worst, Marsha would never forget the lessons she learned.
A woman with great value became and Angel, tears have been shed and memories still hurt but her mother's life will always be a great example to the one's close to her, they might be big shoe's to full and golden examples but the only way too keep her memory going is by living a great life and too Marsha it was living a great life and to follow in her mother's footsteps.
