In this world of duality, we go through different kinds of experiences with various people including ( family, friends, lovers etc). The one's who are on their awakening journey understand the lessons from these experiences . The lessons that we learn from our experiences are only meant to help us grow & expand our consciousness. It is often seen that most of the people are stuck in certain patterns of their lives , infact they are the walking patterns & I am saying this because they keep on repeating certain habbits that they developed because of past trauma & expect a different results ! on the other hand those who are wise enough to discipline themselves & break those toxic habbits are mostly ascended to the next levels of consciousness. But how can we do that? Firstly instead of putting complete blame on the other individuals for the chaos that happened in our lives , we must first learn to go within & reflect on our part as well for the contribution of that situation & why we made that choice to do so? This process is called ( Shadow work) . In this fast paced world it is often seen people are living with ( blame games, ego based reaction, overthinking, fear based decisions, lack mindset etc) . We must remember that the situations or triggers we face are often mirrored by the others & yes often others also project their trauma on us....
