The picture in the frame held a lot of memories. Some good, some sad. Her tired eyes roamed over it one last time before she tossed it in the fire. It was time to start afresh.
(Present scene-1)
"It was the last pic i had with you,Jay...now you're free"Said Ananya while tossing the photo in the fire.
She stood still there watching the fire to engulfed all those memories she had in past
She held herself high now...
"Are you alright?",asked Riddhi
"yes dear,i m fine now"
"Well,that's good Ana,to be true I didn't wanted to see you suffer more...err..it has been more than 9 years!"exclaimed Riddhi holding Ananya's hand
(Flashback scene-1:Ana's side)
"Sorry....sorry sorry...my Ana,I really didn't wanted to be late this time....please just wait for 15mins n i'll be there...love❤"
The message flashed on my Screen...
"Really....Jay!!!!!!!Again 15mins?!🙄🙄...u knw what??? i m done with it call it a day off!"I replied
I was amused how can Jay be late today!!
Though I knew...he was a bit unorganised..but today my father wanted to meet him.
Atleast he should have been here on time!!
"You're so irresponisble...Jay🙁"
I just typed and erased this message
I was thinking what i'll be saying if Papa asked where he is
Suddenly the door bell ranged...
It was Jay,holding a packet of chocolates and flowers...with idiotic smile on his face
I can't help but started laughing out loud ...
"What?....don't you like it? ...i borrowed this suit from Amit just for this day!!
"Well...Hahaha sir ji...You're not here for proposal or some thing ....why this suit and all...moreover why did you bring those flowers...u knw papa will be suspicious about our relation if he sees all this drama!!"
"What drama?I didn't wanted to come empty handed to my girlfriend's place ...that too meeting her father!"
"Huh!!! Don't be so loud,Papa will kill us if he hear this!!!!!
Hand me those flowers first..."
"Won't you call me inside?"
"yes ....yes c'mon...papa is waiting for you..."
I took him to my living room through a corridor...he sneaked a peek around the Passage
"Pranam,Uncle Myself Jayant,Mr. Tyagi must have told you about me..
a senior from Ananya's college" Jayant introduced himself
"Khush raho beta!!...yes yes Mr.Tyagi told me about you & your plan and i must say that the idea is basically good......"
The voice fainted as i left the room on the way to kitchen
I brought them chai and some biscuits...Jay handed me the box of chocolates...with a smile on his face...i just took it
And they started talking again about that startup
So i went back to my room.
(Present scene-2)
Ananya gasped for air...
"It was again the same dream!!!.....Jay stop bothering me....i really don't want you back!"
She looked for her phone..."it's already 6'o clock...did i just slept off for 2 hours...!!"
"Riddhi,why didn't you woke me up...Riddhi!!"
Ana came out of her room looking out for Riddhi,her cousin
"Where are you??" Ananya looked each and every room but she wasn't there

Here,i really new to this story writing concept...had written a short story though....that style is ofcourse different from this one....
i would really appreciate if you guys want to give me some advice or tell me some corrections...i would love to learn🙌🙌
