To consciously shift our subconscious mind towards soul consciousness, a simple exercise is recommended: every morning, remind yourself that you are a soul on a journey; repeat it often. Before bed, write it 21 times in your diary. This affirmation aids in the transition of consciousness. Additionally, practicing Isha Kriya by Sadhguru, which emphasizes detachment from the body and mind, is beneficial. Personally, I incorporate it into my daily routine, finding it to be a great stress reliever. By embracing these practices, one can prepare for their spiritual journey.
