Keeping Memories ( Part 3 )
We had the most unconventional wedding. On the day of the ceremony, as the makeup artist finished with my makeup, I noticed my fiancé, Ritam, laughing uncontrollably. Confused, I checked my reflection and was horrified to see that the makeup made me look like a ghost. I get so angry and poured a glass of water at his face, still he was laughing. Mom means Ritams mother, Rakhi, witnessed the commotion and promptly showed the makeup artist the door before taking charge of my attire herself.

Later, I asked Ritam why the wedding had such a small guest list. He explained that he had a fear of crowds, so only close relatives and friends were invited, and no one at his office knew about the wedding.

The next day, as we got ready for work, Ritam insisted that we conceal our marriage from his colleagues. Frustrated, I agreed, vowing to keep it a secret.

At the office, I finished my tasks and noticed Ritam trying to avoid a girl who eventually hugged him. Suddenly, he experienced a panic attack due to his haphephobia and collapsed. Despite his aversion to touch, I disregarded his condition and lifted him onto a chair, which miraculously eased his breathing. Confused by this unexpected turn, I confronted the girl, who turned out to be Ritam's childhood friend. She had come to surprise him but had forgotten about his phobia, leading to the incident.

Reflecting on these bizarre events, I couldn't help but think that everyone in my new family and their friends seemed a bit eccentric.
