Vision - ep 3of7
"When You Declare Your Vision To Your Friends, You Create An Uncommon Friendship With Those Who Have Similar Visions For Their Life" - John Arthur.

The Bible says, "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend." (Proverbs 27:17). King Solomon goes on to say that "Two are better than one...". This is the major reason we declare visions to friends - it's just so that we can receive some of form of assistance from them in different kinds for the fulfilment of our visions.

There are three people who respond to visions when we declare our visions to them. The first group is those who just listen to you and do nothing. They just listen to you, stare at you in the face and somewhere express their disbelief for it, even though they may not plainly tell you.

The second group is those who listen to you and express their admiration to your visions. They nod, laugh and encourage you to believe your vision is possible to achieve, but they don't really take any step with you in achieving your vision.

The third group is those who don't only listen to you and encourage you to believe in the attainment of your visions; but also work out the vision with you. They travel on that part with you till the vision is achieved. This is the kinds of friends we have to be to those who share their visions with us.

We may not be able to do everything for them to achieve their visions, but there is always something we can do. So let's do it. Don't just listen to people to share their visions with you and leave them afterwards. Connect with them at a certain level of friendship. Elizabeth bonded with Mary, when she heard of her vision of producing the Messiah.

Vision decides friends. When it comes to matters of your vision, don't bring everyone too close to you; connect more with those who directly impact your vision and less with those who indirectly impact your vision. When I know your vision, I can predict your friends.
