Puja Festival
Mr. Sachin Mishra was excited. He had finally got 2 days of Puja holidays and he was planning to be at home and rest while enjoying all the wonderful dishes his wife would cook.
Mrs. Pooja, his wife was a housewife and great cook. Even their children, 6 year old Disha and 5 year old Deep, never complain and their family look forward to the meal time.

" Finally, I would relax and spend some time with you all, ' Mr. Sachin announced, ' Disha beta, being the remote, let see some news."
" Yes Papa, " Disha answered obediently as we run to bring TV remote to her father.
" Now, let see what's there in news today." Mr. Sachin said as Deep jumped to sit at his father's lap.

" Why are you sitting here?,' Mrs. Pooja asked as she come out of Kitchen, ' you were going to market and bring me grocery. Hurry up and bring, I have put the list in the bag. "
" I will go later, " Mr. Sachin protested.
" No can do,' Mrs. Pooja frowned, ' I have to prepare sweets for evening prayers. So, I need the ingredients as soon as possible. "

Mr. Sachin put Deep aside and took the bag and went outside. He returned after a hour and gave grocery to Mrs. Pooja. He then helped her in making sweets and preparing Puja thali for Maa Durga for Durgashtami prayers.
After evening prayers, the whole family sat on the sofa, and he opened the News channel.
It was showing different Durga Idols and pandals in the city and people gathering for darshans.
" We haven't been to Pandals last year, 'Mrs. Pooja said casually relishing homemade Gulab Jamun.
" Yes, I want to visit the fair, please Papa take us there." Disha said with an excited voice.
The fair is held at the proximity of Maa Durga idol Pandals and the whole city was in festival mood. Earlier, Mr. Sachin took Pooja and kids in scooter but now they have become big.
" But, it's too crowded, you won't enjoy there." Mr. Sachin tried to reason.
" No Papa, we haven't been to fair recently. Please take us." Disha and Deep started pestering him.
" Yes, the children are right, I too want to enjoy festival. " Mrs. Pooja joined in.

There was no festival last two years due to pandemic. But, Mr. Sachin didn't want to take car as parking was a big issue.

" Okay, I will check with travel agents." Mr. Sachin finally accepted his defeat.
" Yea, we were going to the fair." The children giggled while Mr. Sachin looked them with a smile.
