Lizzie was at her desk, smiling was like her daily deit. I sometimes couldn't even greet her, her smile was enough to shine my day. My boss' office was open that day- something unusual. I never bothered to ask why it was open. I took the rack and begun my duties. Not so long, everything was sparkling. I then left the office to go clean the corridors and other offices.

While I was cleaning the financial advisor's office, my phone rung. It was Mr. Ogana, my boss. I felt my heart skip a bit. I think that was the largest smile I ever made the whole of my life. Just the previous day he had told me he was going to increase my salary. I definately knew that was the reason for the call.

"Leon, get to my office right now," he uttered.The deepness of his words sounded like the roar of a lion. I knew I was probably in hot soup.

" What could be the reason for this call?" I wondered, holding my phone loosely in the hand.

Mr. Ogana paced from one corner to the other, he then looked at me, cleared his throat then sat on his designer chair. On his table were two envelopes. Whatever was in them, I couldn't tell. He then picked his phone, made a call. I can't remember any word he said on the phone. My mind at the time was not with me, my body couldn't stop shaking. After some seconds, Lizzie was there in the office.

"Pick the letters on the table, they belong to you, read the contents and wait for further instructions." He mumbled.
I carefully opened my letter read it, in disbelief, also checked at Lizzie 's letter for its content. We had been suspended , the letter never explained reasons for it. Mr. Ogana then told us that he was going to communicate on the way forward in a weeks time through e-mail.
